Since 1976, Non-Ferrous Extrusions has operated in Houston, Texas as an independent aluminum extrusion mill guided by a core commitment: delivering standard, custom, and fabricated aluminum extrusions that exceed customer expectations in both quality and service. We stand out in the industry with flexible order minimums and some of the fastest production lead times available.

Our Evolution and Geographic Expansion

Over the course of our history, we've achieved significant growth through dedication and innovation:

Founding and Growth: We started as a one-press operation and have evolved into a three-press operation with downstream fabrication capabilities, with continuous plans for future expansion.
Strategic Relocation (2008): In February 2008, we transferred the extrusion operation and some downstream fabrication to Caldwell, Texas. This modern facility sits on 34 acres, providing ample room for future growth.
Logistical Advantage: Our central location between Houston, Austin, and the Dallas/Fort Worth “triangle” helps us expedite products and maintain competitive shipping costs for our customers.
Houston Headquarters: The warehouse facility in Houston, Texas, continues to house our Corporate Offices, Distribution Center, and smaller CNC fabrication machining centers.
